Returns and Refunds

We accept returns and process refunds as per our Return Policy available on our Website. Please review the Return Policy before making a purchase.

1. Metal Valuation
The metal value will be calculated based on the current Surat Gold Market rates at the time of the transaction, adjusted according to the specific purity of the product.

2. Lab-Grown Diamond Valuation
The value of lab-grown diamonds will be calculated at the current market price minus a 35% deduction.

3. Labor Charges
The making/labor charges mentioned in the original bill will be treated as zero (non-refundable) during valuation.

4. Refund Process
After all the above verifications are completed, Tulsi Diamond Jewellery will refund the final amount to the same account used for the original purchase. This process will take 10 to 12 working days.

5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return for your jewelry product, the customer must email the company within 5 days of receipt. The following must be provided:

• A copy of the Original Bill.
• The Product Certificate.
• An Original Unboxing Video (showing the box being opened for the first time).

Once the request is approved, the product must be returned within 10 days.

6. Mandatory Requirements & Deductions

• Essential Items: The original bill, certificate, and original packaging must be returned.
• Missing Documents: If the original bill or certificate is missing/lost, the Money-Back Guarantee will be void (not applicable).
• Damage Policy: * If the product is returned with any damage, an additional 10% deduction will be applied to the refund amount.
• The company is not obligated to provide a money-back guarantee if the jewelry is significantly damaged.
• Third-Party Costs: The costs for the Certificate and Hallmarking will be deducted from the total product price before the final refund is issued.

Product-Specific Policies

• Silver Products (CZ and Moissanite): Any silver jewelry featuring CZ (Cubic Zirconia) or Moissanite stones cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Gold Products (CZ and Moissanite): Gold jewelry featuring CZ or Moissanite stones can be exchanged for another product, but they are not eligible for a cash return/refund.
• Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery (Above ₹300,000): Products with a value exceeding ₹3,00,000 can be returned or exchanged.
• Low-Value Jewellery (Below ₹30,000): Any jewelry with a value below ₹30,000 cannot be exchanged or returned.
