All orders are shipped within 8-12 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this timeline does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Partner

Your order will be delivered by Sequel Global, a trusted logistics provider. Once your item is packaged and ready for dispatch, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS.

All shipments from Classiques are covered with shipping insurance to protect your order against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event of any issue, we will work with the carrier to resolve it and ensure you receive your product safely.

Signature Requirement

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery. We only ship to valid residential or business addresses.  

Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We do not allow address changes once an order is placed. Orders cannot be re-routed to alternate addresses after dispatch.
